We’re In This Together!
Duval Teachers United is working collaboratively with our state affiliate the Florida Education Association to look at any and all legal challenges that can be made to the Commissioner of Education Richard Corcoran’s Order regarding the opening of school with mandatory face to face instruction. We are hopeful that the Courts will find that decisions regarding school instruction should be left to local districts so they can determine what is the best course of action for the safety of students and staff. We will keep you updated with all the latest legal issues related to COVID-19 and the return to school.
