End of First Quarter Grading Period Adjusted

Dear Members,
We have recently learned from the district that there will be an adjustment to the first grading period.

FTE Window:  Currently there have been no additional changes or guidance related to the FTE window.  There are some ongoing conversations, and an update will be provided if there are changes. 

Grading Periods The end of the first grading period will be extended from October 11 to October 17 due to the weather closure days.  The planning day will remain on October 14.  There will be no changes to the end of the 2nd grading period, allowing for 42 days of instruction for both grading periods in the first semester.  

First Nine Weeks (42 days) Begins: 8/12/2024

Mid Quarter: 9/11/2024    
Open Posting: 9/10/2024
