As DTU and FEA are navigating the new process for dues deduction with the Bank ACH transactions, there is a change to help with the processing of the dues deduction. DTU and FEA currently initiate the dues deduction on the pay day. For the bank draft that is scheduled with the December 8, 2023 pay date, the deduction request will be sent to the bank process on Thursday, December 7, 2023. The deduction request will be sent one day earlier to the banking processor so they process the deduction on pay day. The deduction from your account should post within 1 to 2 business days usually following the receipt of the “Initiated” email. The deduction will NOT come the day you receive the email notice. Please keep in mind that banking holidays will affect the timeline of the processing of your payment.
Moving forward, the deduction request and the “Initiated” email will be the day before the Friday payday.
To view your eDues Payment Details, please log into the FEA Member Portal (https://portal.floridaea.org/) and click on the “Payment Details” button under the Membership section.
