| The FAME Survey will be sent to DTU Unit members on February 26, 2024. The FAME Survey is a DTU survey regarding the individual school site /district office morale and climate. Please complete the DTU FAME Survey. The FAME Survey window will remain open until March 16, 2024, at 11:59 pm. Remember, at least 50% of each school or district staff must submit responses to the survey for it to be valid. Please encourage the members of your staff to complete the survey by the deadline. Please note: This survey has been completed by employees for decades. Administrators are not able to view responses made by individuals. There have not been any documented cases of retribution to employees for the ratings indicated on this survey. If problems with the school environment and morale are not indicated by the staff, however, issues cannot be resolved. DTU needs to know what is going well and not so well at the school/district sites. Do not forward the link you receive to anyone else. The individual and anonymous link is associated to your email address. If you do not see the link in your regular in box, please check your other, spam or junk folders for the email notification. The results of the survey will be sent to the President of DTU only and the schools/worksites with at least 50% participation will get the results of the survey from the President of DTU. The results do not show how any individual answered the questions. It is imperative that members of the DTU units complete the survey to get a full picture of the morale and climate at schools/worksites. |
