ELL/ESOL: Cross- Cultural Communications, 60 points January 30 – April 17, 2021

This course will engage participants in learning about culture and cultural competency, equity and access to content, cultural impact on academic achievement, and culturally competent family engagement practices. 

Managing Anti-Social Behavior, ESE requirement, 30 points January 23 – February 21,2021

This class is a must for teachers who need to renew their certificates. It is the law!

Reading Endorsement Competency, I 60 points January 30 – April 24, 2021

This class is for teachers who need to become reading endorsed and teaching students in corrective or Tier 3 reading. It is the law!

Beginning Reading 1 40-hour requirement, 40 points January 21 – April 1, 2021

This course focuses on how children learn to read and the best ways to teach reading. For teachers that teach reading and ESE teachers it is the law!

Thinking Math K-2, 40 points January 27 – March 24, 2021

This course focuses on research about how children learn mathematics. This course also addresses the kind of question that promotes thinking in math.

Thinking Math 3-5, 40 points January 26 – March 23. 2021

In this course participants will develop strategies for creating math centers activities. Can help teachers in devilment of the IPDP to promote professional growth.
